I wanted to remove a supporting wall in my house so contacted Manny Singh at Arctek Ltd. He came to visit the very next day, was very friendly and full of helpful advice. He took some measurements, went away and I had detailed drawings the next day, including specs for an RSJ. I haven't completed the work yet but I'd certainly recommend this company and Manny in particular to anyone who asks.

Manny had expertise experience in acquiring planning permission for the change of use to children's home from the council. He gave valuable recommendations during the building work. He was easy to contact directly and he would follow up on my application and gave me regular feedback. I was happy it came through successful. I needed an architect to draw and submit plans for an extension to my house and guide me through the whole journey. I emailed Manny and he called out to see us at the time and date agreed. He was very professional from the off but also very approachable and suggested a few ideas to us. He drew up the plans and after we had made a couple of amendments he submitted them and gained planning approval. The extension is now complete and he has been available all through the process to answer any queries we or our builder has had. If you need an architect definitely call Manny as you will not be disappointed.

Arctek came out no call out fee went through whole process and guided me of what would be required by planning dept in Birmingham. Quoted me same day by email I went with them because they explained everything to me I was very comfortable and my planning got passed first time. Would use them again.

I got my planning done for loft conversion from Arctek they gave me on site consulting very happy with service kept me updated on the planning process with all the way I would recommend them to my friends and family .

Arctek provided me with sound advice and gave me ideas for my double floor extension they quoted me and be honest had other quotes but I liked the way they simplified treated me no nonsense straight talking and got my planning and building regulations approved.  5 star for these guys
